ENJOY HOMEMADE UDON NOODLES
Ikemen Homemade Udon is one of the rare noodle shops in Vietnam that still makes noodles by hand using traditional Japanese techniques. They inherited their noodle-making techniques from the famous Ikemen Tomikura Udon shop in Osaka, considered the birthplace of authentic Japanese udon noodle art.

Premium Wheat Flour: Carefully selected to create soft, chewy but not sticky udon noodles.

Original dashi stock: Made from bonito flakes (katsuobushi), kombu seaweed and dried shiitake mushrooms – absolutely no additives.

Traditional Japanese spices: All imported from famous regions such as Kagawa, Kyoto, or Hokkaido.
