At Ikemen Homemade Udon , each noodle is made entirely by hand – following the traditional techniques learned from the famous Ikemen Tomikura in Osaka . We believe that the attention to detail in every step will bring the most authentic and sophisticated culinary experience.

𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡 – 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗨𝗱𝗼𝗻 brings a different experience with fresh noodles hand-kneaded every day: Soft, smooth, slightly slippery when eaten - a complete feeling that industrial noodles cannot replace.

High quality, fresh ingredients, imported daily from Japan
Wheat flour is 100% imported from Japan, selected from the highest quality wheat flour according to each region and according to certain seasons.
Dashi broth, made from premium dried fish according to a traditional recipe from the famous Ikemen Tomikura restaurant in Osaka, Japan, brings a natural, rich and delicate sweetness.
Premium ingredients such as Japanese egg yolks, Wagyu A5, fresh sea urchins… are carefully selected to make each dish a masterpiece.
